General
Your BP MotorClub membership is continuous. Your membership will be automatically renewed and your fees will be billed to the credit card account you provide at the time of enrollment at the then applicable rate. Your membership will begin when you receive your membership card(s). Until you receive your membership card(s), you may use your BP MotorClub roadside assistance benefits on a reimbursable basis. BP MotorClub benefits and services are subject to change without notice and are subject to the terms and conditions of the Membership Services Handbook. The BP MotorClub will not terminate your membership without prior notice to you.
This offer is available to U. S. residents, only, except residents of CA. The benefits and services offered through the BP MotorClub are available when traveling in the continental U.S. (including Alaska), Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.
BP MotorClub benefits are available only for incidents that occur after the effective date of your enrollment in the BP MotorClub and before termination or expiration of your membership.
The BP MotorClub is not an automobile liability or a physical damage insurance contract and does not comply with any financial responsibility law.
BP MotorClub reserves the right to adjust or deny a claim for reimbursement when:
- Membership is in an unpaid status at the time of service.
- The amount paid contains either parkway or tollway charges.
- The member does not attempt to obtain authorized service.
- The service rendered is not included under the BP MotorClub coverage.
- The member has exceeded his or her annual claims limit.
- The claim is postmarked more than 60 days after the date of service*.
*No time limit applies to Utah and Wisconsin residents.
